Is there anyone who has noticed an app call "File" or "Files" just pop up from nowhere????It holds "version 17"Have been having overlay flickering issues up until I disabled it apparently you cant uninstall it. Is it a virus or a something?

Last had the July 1 Google Play updateMay 1 security update.Usually delays because of One Ui betas in progress.
