installing apps or anything wont help just go into google settings n notification n make sure u individuallly turn the notification silent,just disabling notification wont solve the issue
hi yes i was able to solve this, here is how I did thatgoto sim toolkit under apps and then goto notifications, select each section and turn the switch next to silent "on"
