Samsung promised 2 OS update for F23 5G and they already delivered. A14 and F14 those mobiles are successor of A13 and F13 which was launched at the time of F23 launched. As they are new and UI7 is the last OS for them too.
You can't find any noticeable changes, as you using Galaxy F54 5G with 8gb ram so no need of virtual ram. Better to turn it off you can get that amount of storage to use it another purpose.
