One UI Update In Galaxy F54

What schedule do you guys are even following?? Samsung Customer support informed update for M35 on 4th June but it got update today with A35 and A55. As A54, A35, F54, M35 has the same chipset they are not giving the update for all those at same time. @SamsungMobile why you customer support even exist. They don't have proper informations. They don't have the solution regarding green line issue either which is more concerning. Samsung just go to the hell. 😡😡🤬🤬🤬you should give more priority to those customer who pays more.

Under 20k is budget series, from 20k to 35k it's midrange above 35k it's premium midrange and S series are flagships. 🙏 🙏 as you mentioned A35 is midrange and F54 also.

In which way your team is enhancing the product?? I am using Galaxy F54, Dolby atmos was available till UI6.1 after 6.1 update they disable the option. The hardware is same from the beginning so why do you guys cutoff features day by day??
And about the update, Galaxy A54,F54,A35,M35 has the same chipset and you already rollout the update in some device and you still testing the ui??
One more thing Good lock is avaliable only in A series, it shows F54 don't have capable hardware. Is this your way of enhancing product?

I have got green line after updating. But those people in service wont help us.they will ask to pay to change display.

better switch to oneplus since the have life time display replacement and we dont have to beg in front cuatomer care team
