Tap on storage >> manage storage >> then delete as much unwanted things possible and empty the recycle bin as well post deleting things.

You can try for a factory reset . But make sure to take a fresh device backup in samsung cloud and restore from that backup post resetting watch. If still the issue persist, then try to visit service center or try for a new watch depending on ur urge...
