Tryone ui 8.0 is stll in beta. So bugs and dlitches are expected. Still you can try clearing the cache & data of playstore and then check.

Once factory reset is done and you are done with setup phone from backup, need to get in touch with your mobile connection operator and ask them to provide QR for the esim. Can reassign estimate from the Qr.
