Hi recently I found that back glass of s23 ultra is loosening and showing gum peeling off. Is there a way to complaint as this a quality issue. I have used my device always with a case. This would definitely compromise ip rating.
Went to customer care. They charged me 540 for fixing the back. There was no battery bulge or other issues. This is definitely a quality issue from samsung. They also reported other users are facing the same but samsung has not offered any resolution...
I recommend 2 solutions1. Get rid of M series and buy another one2. Take it to a local service centre where they have chip level servicing . They will do a cpu reballing which should solve your issue.
