S23 ultra back glass loosening

Hi recently I found that back glass of s23 ultra is loosening and showing gum peeling off. Is there a way to complaint as this a quality issue. I have used my device always with a case. This would definitely compromise ip rating.

Bro visit a service center as soon as possible because this may be because of your battery also so don't take any risk 😊

Went to customer care. They charged me 540 for fixing the back. There was no battery bulge or other issues. This is definitely a quality issue from samsung. They also reported other users are facing the same but samsung has not offered any resolution for the same.

You had to keep your phone at the service centre or you got it repaired immediately?

It took around 2 - 3 hrs only. You can shift the phone to maintenance mode.

Thanks bro, got my phone repaired from samsung service centre. Told my friend about this issue. He checked his phone and got to know even his phones back glass was coming out. Seems like it's manufacturing defect from samsung.
