So I called Samsung SA today and the consultant assured me it will be sent however since they are dealing with thousands of customers on the promotion it can take between 5 days to 6 weeks to be sent.

I claimed my promotional Galaxy Buds+ on the 18th July and still haven't received them. How long did yours take to arrive?

I redeemed mine on the 18th July and was sent an email to track it via courier it. However its now been 30 days and still nothing.
