I waited 1 month to get my earbuds from Samsung. Very excited only to realise the left earbud isnt paired. Then going to the nearest samsung repair centre and them taking it in to fix it. 2 Months later and still havent gotten it back. Lazy personnel...
Still isnt working, i cant update it because both buds isnt connected, really really disappointed in samsung because this is a common issue that seems to always have been there but samsung just doesnt fix it.
