Please try the following troubleshooting.
1. Place buds in the case and charge them fully.
2, Uninstall and then reinstall the wearable app.
3. Check for software updates on the wearable app.
4. reset the buds on the wearable app.
Still isnt working, i cant update it because both buds isnt connected, really really disappointed in samsung because this is a common issue that seems to always have been there but samsung just doesnt fix it.
I just received my buds today and I have the exact same issue. waited over a month for it and now this. its so frustrating. we spend so much on buying the phone and have to deal with this kind of service
Received my samsung buds+ today and the left bud is not working as well. Seems to be a similar occurance on a few users. Can someone at Samsung please assist?! Attaching printscreen for your info.
I have the exact same issue. my wife also received her Buds yesterday and her buds are working 100%. the service center close to me is still closed due to Covid. so now i have to drive 50km to get it assessed. seems like alot of people have the same problem. samsung seriously need to have a look a this problem. It's frustrating.
