Samsung confirmed in SDC that One UI 7 is coming out with the next Galaxy, meaning that it will come out in 2025, and the beta is coming out by the end of the year.

If you want it now, you can do that. However, it is VERY buggy.

Is the bootloader unlocked? My phone said the exact same thing when I unlocked the bootloader. I locked it again, and then they work. Were Knox apps working before?

I made a post about how to get it in the Middle East. This isn't advised as it is only the 1st beta and has many bugs.So you are better off waiting for stability.
