FRP glitch after update to One UI 8 on A15 4G

I updated my A15 4G to One UI 8, and now it is not letting me install APKs, and when I try to add a Google Account, it says "Verify your account." Yes, that's the same thing that it says when FRP locked. Attempting to reset just takes me back to settings.

What happens when I try to log in to a new account (Gives unknown error when trying to log in.)

What happens when I try to install any APK (Auto Blocker off). This app installs fine on my S9 FE.

This may happen due to some security settings but hat kind of apks are they sometimes samsung restricts unapproved apps for safety

All the APKs that say error work just fine on my One UI 8 tablet
