Hi apparently they have been having issues with the generating of the vouchers according to the last email I received and they cannot say when this will be resolved, theres also an issue with the trade in offer of 10k where they delaying payments

Same here best advice keep sending them emails and tweeting them I know it's annoying but I finally got what Samsung owed me
