I applied my voucher on the samsung website. I received confirmation through email. Now when I track my order on the website it says invalid order number. Any suggestion?
I received a confirmation call today from Samsung. Now my order is showing on the website. Wait 2 or 3 days and you will receive a call from Samsung and the issue will be resolved.
Not true. Samsung staff told me that you can enter the lucky draw. Voucher use karne ya na karne se lucky draw ka koi lena dena nahi hai. Confirmed it from Samsung staff
