IMEI Error

Samsung members app not letting me register for the lucky draw saying that IMEI not found. I activated my A56 5 days ago. Any suggestion?

Voucher had no issues. I have also used it. Only facing issue in registering for the lucky draw.

Not true. Samsung staff told me that you can enter the lucky draw. Voucher use karne ya na karne se lucky draw ka koi lena dena nahi hai. Confirmed it from Samsung staff
