Invalid Order Number

I applied my voucher on the samsung website. I received confirmation through email. Now when I track my order on the website it says invalid order number. Any suggestion?

Same issue with me . The voucher redemed, but the order is not tracking

I received a confirmation call today from Samsung. Now my order is showing on the website. Wait 2 or 3 days and you will receive a call from Samsung and the issue will be resolved.
