i finally received a response yesterday by email after months of emailing every samsung email address only to be told that the issue will be escalated which is the same response i got every single call to the call centre....How disappointing!!!
I am having the exact same problem took out the note 20 in December..i Have emailed and called and every single time is the same response that they will escalate the matter...its been escalating from December and Im still waiting.....
Can totally relate..Im waiting from December only to be told every single time that the issue is being escalated...emailed every single email address numerous times..No response till now...It really is soooo frustrating!!!
