Samsung but why sell 7s so expensive phones and make them so weak  it's sad my u s8de pacreen don't work at all

Been using the phone just under a month and I noticed a heavy battery drained  from been charged at 100% and with 1h 30 its it at 85% thinking should I send it back or not

Heard my phone ringing but cant see any active calls on it tried to lock the phone and reopen whilst it was still  ringing but still can't see any trace of a call did anybody have that experience on their A21s or any device
