Good day all I noticed after the 16 update my z fold 5 started slowly loosing its wifi connection now when I search it says scanning but doesn't show any wifi network which is becoming annoying 1 week now no wifi at all please help I tried every trick that I found online nothing works
After all the drama with the Android 16 / One UI 8.0 update, my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working. I was told the update had nothing to do with it, but the issues only started about a week after the update — so it’s not a coincidence.
I went to Samsung and explained everything, and they still insisted it wasn’t the update and said it’s because opening and closing the device causes the internal cable to wear out. But my phone is basically still new and only 2 years old. Now I must deal with this excuse, even though I paid so much money for this device.
Honestly, this is the last straw for me. I’m done with Samsung — Apple, here I come.
