Restart watch and see if resolves issue otherwise Rest watch. Hope this works

I did the same even reset watch, I can connect through AI Care but not with wearable

Ahan,
I am also using watch 6 Classic with my S24Ultra but luckily I have not faced issue like this. Though after recent updates on s24u, syncing is slow.
May be you can google the issue.

If your watch will not pair with a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up-to-date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch.

Reboot your Samsung smart watch
Check for software updates.
Allow Google Play service permissions.
Unpair your Samsung smart watch from the phone
