Reset app preferences and Clear app cache
Reset App Preferences:
Go to the Settings app.
Select Apps.
Tap the more options (three vertical dots) in the top right corner.
Choose Reset App Preferences and confirm.
Clear App Cache:
Go to the Settings app.
Select Apps.
Tap on the desired app.
Go to Storage and select Clear Cache.
Update your apps and android software
Update Your Apps:
Go to the Settings App.
Select Apps.
Tap on an app and choose App Details in Store.
If updates are available, tap Update.
Update Your Android Software:
Go to the Settings app.
Navigate to Software Update.
Tap Download and Install if an update is available.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below:
1. Head to the Members app.
2. Select Get Help > Error Report.
3. Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data.
4. Choose the symptom and include as much detail as possible.
To ensure that your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, please submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate and provide you with a solution via the Members app.
