I have a Galaxy Watch 4 connected to my S23 Ultra, but when a phone call comes in, the caller's name appears on the mobile, but the watch only shows the number. It's very annoying to me. When a call comes, I have to go to the mobile phone to find out the caller's name. What's the solution? I updated the mobile phone and the watch and gave all permissions to the wearable program. I did a factory reset of the watch and it did not solve the problem.

Seems my previous comment disappeared.

Open the phone app on your mobile, go to settings by clicking 3 dots on top right.
Then select Other call settings. And make sure Roaming assistance is disabled. In case if it is enabled, disable it and restart the phone.
