Watch 6 classic issue

Recently, I had an issue with my watch 6 classic which is showing only the number and not shows the name while getting a call. 

I have checked all permissions and reset the watch several times with no results.

Also, after I changed my S23 ultra to the new S24 ultra the issue still not solved. Any one had this issue?

I own one and haven't had the problem. Try synchronizing names and registering the username. It can be used and connected via Wi-Fi without connecting to a mobile phone
