Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Display Issue

My Watch 4 display suddenly turned pink in colour.It was non function after that.The watch was fully fine with all buttons working,no physical damage,everything was working fully fine.But suddenly the display had this issue.I went to Samsung service centre and they directly told me that this was a display issue and it is non repairable and needs to be replaced.They didn't bother to even open and check the device once for the actual reason of the issue.They told me that "Watch displays are non repairable and therefore we can only replace a new one whose cost will be Rs.6500 and there is no other solution".
My question is,
1.how can a fully functional watch stop working suddenly?(Though I accept that an electrical error may occur anytime)
2.How can your service centre executives just by not even bother to open a job sheet for atleast inspection of the device directly informs me to replace the device?Is there no procedure involved before recommending something to the customer?
3.Is it really true that a watch display cannot be repaired?
If this was a chinese watch than I would have understood but this is a samsung watch and this too has no repairing option?
4.Do you give some training to your staff of so called Authorised service centre for atleast how to behave with customers?
I am sharing the address of the authorised service centre whose store is even not in a good condition and doesn't even looks like a proper functional service centre.Please look into this matter Samsung because a customer always expects a good after sales service from a brand like Samsung.I am really very dissapointed with the service I had today with Samsung and I am sure that alot of people may had also faced the same behavior from the staff of this authorised service centre.
If this issue was only mine than I would have thought once but the same issue is faced by alot of users from India.Samsung please kindly look into this matter seriously.

I use samsung watch for better health readings. Other chinese watches are not worthful and feature less. This is my second watch. I was using watch 2 before

I too used the watch for better and accurate health reading but if the after sales service of a brand is bad,than it is not at all worth to buy the product.
The display is a technical part and it may stop working.I had no issue with that but the after sales service which I got was pathetic.When it is running,it is the best but after it stops working,no proper inspection of the product is done and directly replacement(in my case)

Same Bro,the quoted me the price of Rs.6500 only for the display and service charge etc are again separate.
I will get a new watch for maybe around 8k on sale.

They have not provided me any jobsheet as they would have provided me a jobsheet if I would have asked for a repair of the watch.They did an instant inspection and they told me that I need to replace the display.Please kindly read the whole review.

Really sad that samsung donot take these issues seriously anymore.
I will never consider samsung watch anymore after this issue.
