As per your concern, we would like to inform you that resetting your watch will remove all personal data and restore it to its default settings. You can initiate a reset either through the Settings on the watch itself or using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.
Please remember to back up any important data stored on your Galaxy Watch before performing a factory reset.
To reset your Galaxy or Gear watch, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone.
2. Tap on Watch settings.
3. Next, tap General, then Reset, and confirm by tapping Reset again.
If you continue to experience issues after the reset, we kindly ask you to report the problems along with a log file. To do this, please click on the Samsung Members Application and follow these steps: Wearable app > Three dots > Settings > Contact Us > Send feedback > Choose Composer > Select error report > Select the appropriate issue category > Type your query and send.
