WearablesLast week my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 display went to orange screen. This week, the product is out of warranty, it's just 15 months old, I went to Samsung authorized service center they told I have pay for the display change which cost around 6k. This is a manufacturing defect. I have gone through the member community post and reddit post. A lot of people are facing this issue.
It's totally unjustifiable from a brand like Samsung. How can most customers face the same kind of issue? This shows the poor display quality of the Samsung products.
Reached out to the watchapp custmer service, they are blaming custmers for these issues. Unsatisfactory experince from samsung service.
