December patch not update

Hi galaxy users! Don't update s22 December patch update your phone got froze or shut down then you have to visit service center. I have installed yesterday but when i woke up in morning my phone completely dead and unable to switch on!Thanks

Bro I'm talking about your phone storage data like photos ,songs and videos files any other thing. Google not works on internal storage.

I wan to factory reset that's why i tried to backup. Google backup only backup the apps not your files and all things.
