Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Display Issue

My Watch 4 display suddenly turned pink in colour.It was non function after that.The watch was fully fine with all buttons working,no physical damage,everything was working fully fine.But suddenly the display had this issue.I went to Samsung service centre and they directly told me that this was a display issue and it is non repairable and needs to be replaced.They didn't bother to even open and check the device once for the actual reason of the issue.They told me that "Watch displays are non repairable and therefore we can only replace a new one whose cost will be Rs.6500 and there is no other solution".

My question is,

1.how can a fully functional watch stop working suddenly?(Though I accept that an electrical error may occur anytime)

2.How can your service centre executives just by not even bother to open a job sheet for atleast inspection of the device directly informs me to replace the device?Is there no procedure involved before recommending something to the customer?

3.Is it really true that a watch display cannot be repaired?

If this was a chinese watch than I would have understood but this is a samsung watch and this too has no repairing option?

4.Do you give some training to your staff of so called Authorised service centre for atleast how to behave with customers?

I am sharing the address of the authorised service centre whose store is even not in a good condition and doesn't even looks like a proper functional service centre.Please look into this matter Samsung because a customer always expects a good after sales service from a brand like Samsung.I am really very dissapointed with the service I had today with Samsung and I am sure that alot of people may had also faced the same behavior from the staff of this authorised service centre.

If this issue was only mine than I would have thought once but the same issue is faced by alot of users from India.Samsung please kindly look into this matter seriously.

Samsung's after sales service is very good here in Gujarat but it is not fair that they directly advice to buy a new watch. Tell them you will go to consumer court.

Bro,thats really great to know that the service we expect is served in Gurjat.Even when I was in Kolkata,there too the service was good.But in Guwahati,they are so reluctant and they don't even seem to be interested to even check the device.Therefore they have not even touched my watch properly and adviced me to change the display.This was my first experince with samsung in Guwahati and it was very bad.
Therefore,to make people aware of it,I have requested people not to visit this service centre if they are in Guwahati.

I am using watch 4 from last 2 years very good watch not any single issue

My watch was also 1.5years old with no issue.Suddenly it stopped working.It was working very fine with no major issues.
The hardware of the device is great .If I replace the screen or there maybe some issue with the wirings etc and the watch may get back to working condition but the thing is pricing and after sales in my area.
I will checkout one more service centre and I will check how they take the issue.I hope they will resolve the issue.

Bro,when my watch was in working condition,I really loved it and I had no complaint with the watch other than the battery backup which was very poor.But suddenly the watch display got damaged automatically and it is complained by alot of customers and therefore I feel that this is a very major issue and samsung is not taking it seriously.So,for me too samsung watch is not worth to buy as they are not long lasting.People don't buy expensive watches again and again.They buy a watch and expect the watch to run smoothly without any issue for atleast 2 to 3 years.

Ohh so sad. I use samsung watch for better health readings. Other chinese watches are not worthful and feature less. Watch 4 is my second watch. I was using watch 2 before

This is my watch 4 suppose to be made of aluminium. The repair price is more than 50% of new watch buying price. Will never buy samsung wearable. Such costly product is worthless when with same functionality much lesser cost products are available. Would try to make my point across all the available online sources and realise people that don't go on their marketing gimmick.
