Buying buds 3 pro was a worst decision ever. So called there premium buds but quality is below par. I am so **bleep** frustrated wasted my so hard earned money. Sometimes buds wouldn't charge then I have to adjust them then they start charging. Now a new issue, the case wouldn't charge all that red and blue light start flickering again and again. I tried everything but it just don't work. Except their sound quality it worst. If I have to adjust according to them then why the hell I would buy something like that? Just 4 months have passed and this is what it had came to.....I am a very close to samsung devices from my teenage days. Never bought other than ones .....

Hi bro... I am using same buds from last 4 months .. never got into this kind of issues. Please contact service centre.

Also check reset the buds through wear app
