I am currently using a Galaxy S24 FE along with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. A nonth ago I updated my device to One UI 7, and recently updated my Galaxy Wearable app, as well as the Buds 3 Pro firmware, are all up to date.
However, I am facing an issue where I am unable to enable the UHQ upscaler to achieve a 96kHz sampling rate. At present, the audio is playing at 48kHz with a 24-bit sampling rate.
I had already contacted Samsung customer service via phone, but the representative informed me that the Galaxy S24 FE does not support 96kHz audio. This seems to contradict the information available online, where multiple sources confirm that the S24 FE should support 96kHz/24-bit audio with the Buds 3 Pro—especially after the recent updates.
As per the specifications, both my phone and earbuds should support the UHQ upscaler at 96kHz/24-bit. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or guiding me on any additional steps required to activate this feature.
