I recently purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in the UAE (Made in Vietnam) version and I am currently using them with my Samsung S25 (Indian variant). However, I have noticed that the pinch or touch sensor is not functioning properly.
I visited a nearby Samsung Care center, but they informed me that since the product was purchased overseas, it cannot be repaired in India. This is concerning, as Samsung’s global policy mentions that products should be serviceable worldwide regardless of the country of purchase.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear solution to this issue at the earliest. Please let me know how I can proceed with the repair or replacement of my Buds 3 Pro in India.

As you have already coordinate with the service center team and they have provide you information after inspecting the device. They have confirmed that the product is currently overseas and that they are unable to repair it in India.
