Error while activating airtel data plan on Watch 6 LTE

I had apple watch earlier, airtel data plan was working fine there. Now switched to Samsung watch 6 and Samsung S23+, every time when I try to activate the data plan I get "Oops something went wrong error", I called airtel multiple times, they says they have cleared the backend data but it is not helping.

 

Visited Airtel shop too, they simply raised a SR to backend team and backend team simply closed the SR without resolving.

You can activate airtel sim on your watch if it is a postpaid connection. Airtel doesnot provide esim for prepaid

I am also getting the same issue, using samsung s24 ultra with watch 6 LTE, tried multiple times with airtel, getting the same issue again and again, and they are saying it's the issue with samsung
