Hi,

I have a Galaxy Watch Ultra, and I was trying to activate my Airtel prepaid eSIM on it. Every time I try, I am getting this error.

Can anyone help with this issue?

On airtel it supports only postpaid not prepaid i am slso using it and if u find it helpful plz press on 3 dots and accept as a solution

Airtel supports only postpaid on watches whereas jio supports both prepaid and postpaid

Airtel supports only postpaid on watches whereas jio supports both prepaid and postpaid

You have to switch to Jio for e sim support on prepaid.
