Enabling BP ECG Body Temperature in Watch 5 pro

Hi,
Can anyone help on how to enable BP, ECG, Body temperature in galaxy watch 5 pro.....The watch is UAE version and I am living in Oman.....It always notify that current region doesn't support above services .

1- Go to the Samsung Health Monitor app on the Watch

2- Tap 'ECG' and then agree to continue the process on your phone

3- Unlock your phone and follow the onscreen instructions.

4-When complete, go back to the Samsung Health Monitor app on the Watch.

5-Tap 'ECG' and follow the prompts on the Watch.

As far as I know it is activated and approved application in UAE, can you try to do this step Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear cache

Thanks for reply @wafaalbeshr ......I am living in Oman where it is restricted....is there any way to use it in Oman

Oh I think due to country restrictions in obtaining approval/registration as a medical device it was not approved in Oman, have you tried changing region to UAE?

I tried....unable to change the region as region edit option is disabled

In samsung account, we cannot change the region. And if it is to be then you need to create a new account.

And if your samsung account is of oman region then these features won't work, even if you selected Watch's region to UAE.

I had a discussion with Samsung support today only. I have similar issues with Watch 5.

Change of region in samsung account is disabled. And if you want to do it then you need to create a new account with desired region.

Also, even if you selected Watch's region to UAE, then also it won't work.

For BP and body temperature

1 Open the Samsung Health Monitor app on your smartphone and log in with your Samsung account.
2 Now launch the Samsung Health Monitor app on your Galaxy Watch 5 and go through the initial setup.
3 Select the Blood Pressure option and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the watch.
