Enabling BP ECG Body Temperature in Watch 5 pro

Hi,

Can anyone help on how to enable BP, ECG, Body temperature in galaxy watch 5 pro.....The watch is UAE version and I am living in Oman.....It always notify that current region doesn't support above services .

If the health monitor app is installed on the Watch, it will not function unless both the phone and watch are from the approved region.
