Hello. Based on info at this Samsung site:
https://www.samsung.com/ae/apps/samsung-health-monitor/
My thoughts are that Samsung is being very careful, prudent re customers using its devices when there's a need for extra diligent & critical monitoring.
My suggestion is that you should keep following what's recommended to you by your doctor[s] or formal licensed medical personnel. Always.
Stay healthy. Bless.

The inclusion of diabetes as a condition for not using the blood pressure measurement feature on the Galaxy Watch Ultra is likely due to the potential for inaccurate readings or complications. 🩸 People with diabetes can experience changes in blood vessels and blood pressure regulation that might affect the accuracy of wrist-based blood pressure measurements. 🩺 Additionally, medications or conditions associated with diabetes could influence these readings.
It's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before using the blood pressure monitoring feature on any device if you have diabetes. 👩⚕️ They can provide personalized advice and ensure that any measurements you take are accurate and safe for your health condition. 💪
