till now i didn't get the point of not eligible for free screen replacement.. they are saying not all customers are facing this issue .. so what ... we are not valid customers ? its trust issue for samsung phone user....

 because i also gone to a service center and they also said that only for ultra series... so other series phone users are fools or something .... just be equal to every one ..... and in my mind im also planned for file a complaint on consumer court

In recent days Samsung s series phones having this issue... So only I'm refused to update my phone and tab.. just contact another costumer service and try to solve this in minimum price... In future be careful with Samsung products...
