Dear Samsung, if we look back last 2-3 years we can see a lots of people are complaining about various lines ( Green, White, etc...) on their mobile screen. Personally I faced that that issue with A71.
Now my question is what samsung has done regarding those lines? According to Samsung we are continuously working for a better service. Is this a better service? No qustion about samsung's user friendly services but a green line cause many problem to a midrange user. Samsung is in the market for their business, if a green line is come then change your display with 8-10 k minimum or buy a new one. It is a very much profit to the company. But do you ever thought a normal day laborer who trusted Samsung and bought a Samsung mobile what will happen to them? It is not an emotional speech. Being a user from last 12 years I have seen how Samsung became a trustworthy day by day. But if you can't solve a normal green line issue then you will definitely loose that trustworthyness. We thought it is all right it may happen luck by chance. But it now became normal from last 2 years.
According to your opinion over heat may cause a green line. Then change your Exynos. It is your own product, you don't have to buy it. Other brand giving more features with lower cost. You or some of our users can say Samsung has its own brand value. Then for your kind information Nokia also had its own brand value, but now they are resting in peace.
I don't know you will read it or not? If yes then how much effort you wiil give to resolve those problems that is also a big question mark.
