Dear team,
As earlier I informed you that I have facing pink line issue in my S22+ after visiting service center and they said S22+ didn't have free screen replacement for green/pink lineing issue. I have to pay 11500/- for screen replacement which occurs after a software update provided by your side.

I understand that I have lost my warranty period but atleast you can provide some discount or voucher since it is not the consumer fault. 

After purchase a flagship smartphone around 90k your buggy software update creating this issue not only for me it's the problem for many Samsung users. If you don't have the guts to provide free replacement then atleast provide some concession. 

Kindly escalate this issue to senior management.

Bhai samsung se expect mat Karo. Mere pass doosra One plus ka phone tha same issue aaya tha unhone Bina kisi dikkat ke screen change Kar di within 1 hr. . Bhai mere pass s24ultra bhi lekin yeh mera last samsung phone hai. Service bilkul bekaar.
