Dear Samsung, I apologize if my previous comments seemed out of line. I truly appreciate Apple’s policy of providing updates for seven years and making beta updates accessible to nearly all users. However, I miss seeing similar beta updates for Samsung devices. It sometimes feels like these updates are only available to a select group of users, which even dedicated Samsung fans notice. I believe that middle-class users could offer valuable feedback and contribute significantly to the improvement of your products. What do think? please show in comments.
I agree with you and also understand where Samsung is standing, as some companies can't roll out betas for most of its devices, as every device is different which would mean samsung has to customize there beta software for many devices, and also they can't give all the flagship features to the mid or budget phones.
