If adaptive refresh rate is implemented it will be helpful to save battery and use better refresh rate at same time.

For wqhd higher refresh rate is not available at least implement with minimum of 90 hz refresh rate.

The Notes Panel can Switch from 10Hz to 120hz.

Adaptive refresh rate and WQHD+ high refresh rate depends on the display panel, the hardware. So these cannot be implemented via software updates.
