Youtube Notifications not Coming without any reason! Pls help! 🔔 🔔

It is from very long. I think from 4-5 months. I tried clearing data so many times. YouTube is not sending notifications despite turning it on!

Any help would be appreciated

Check Youtoob's settings

Inside youtoob app, Goto Settings > Notifications, see it is ON or not
