Youtube Notifications not Coming without any reason! Pls help! 🔔 🔔

It is from very long. I think from 4-5 months. I tried clearing data so many times. YouTube is not sending notifications despite turning it on!

Any help would be appreciated

No. I didn't delete. Anyway on Samsung members insta grp Green_Grass helped me
He suggested to turn off optimized in battery of youtube
I'll try that!
