Many people here are facing auto restart problem in multiple model Samsung phones. The community is filled with auto restart problem. Why is it happening?

There might be some issue in the previous update. Even I am facing issues related to hanging issue after the update. We need to wait for the next update. Let's write these issues to membersindia@samsung.com and see if something can be done quickly.

Yes, then there are display issues. However the responsible people are enjoying launch events. Samsung should plan a meeting for the existing customers who are facing serious issues.

Responsible people are enjoying launch events? I didn't see a single developer/software (or hardware) engineer at the events. As far as I know, they are the ones responsible, and if we talk about people who are responsible for solving these issue, then also I might add, I didn't see a single service center person at the events.

I said I want Samsung to organise an event to solve serious issues like motherboard failure, flagship display failure, etc, where complaints can be registered and solved in a big number. My comment was aimed at the organisers, the ones who are capable of actually making decisions and not to anyone else you mentioned or to brand promoters.
Do you work for Samsung?

I agree with you. And tbh I am just tired of seeing the same posts over and over again. It has been over a year since these issues have started, and we still have no concrete info from Samsung regarding the same. The only thing that seems to work is to email the CEO with a jobsheet and to specifically mention that it is a widespread issue.
