Samsung Care I asked Samsung Customer Service if the phone is damaged, should they fix it for free or should the customer be the one to blame? This is the answer I got. Ui one 7 update issues s23 >

Are you like me, are you not an employee of Samsung Electronics? If so, please tell me your name, rank, and when you worked. I have been with the Samsung Member App since the application was launched in its first phase. I know Samsung. I had a problem with my previous S23, but they did nothing. They did not let me come to the service center for free. They did not fix the hardware problem, saying that it was fine, then they found other faults I was told a false contract and I paid money to get the phone repaired under warranty, but it still wasn't fixed, so I bought another one. My intention is not to find you wrong, but to run away and face the problem yourself. Thank you for the suggestion, brother. Forgive me if the wording is wrong. sorry thanks brother 🙏
