1) New features to Menu:

Privacy and Translator had been added to Menu!

2) Dark Mode:

You can set to Always or Never!

New option of Dark Mode has been added to Webpage View and Scrolling

Permissions and Privacy Notice added here, it was in "About Samsung Internet" before! Some minor changes also been made to Browsing Privacy Dashboard!
