Hi bro, really sorry to hear you're going through this. You're not alone — multiple users (even on flagships like S23 Ultra and S24) are reporting serious issues after One UI 7 updates, including boot loops, UI crashes, and sudden hardware failures.

✔️ You did the right thing by visiting the service center. If they confirmed a motherboard issue, please make sure they register it as a post-update hardware failure, not just a random hardware issue.
✔️ Also raise a complaint via Samsung Members > Support > Error reports and also escalate it through Samsung Live Chat or Twitter/X support.
✔️ You can also email to: support.india@samsung.com (or your region's support).

We’re also trying to raise awareness on Samsung Members because such serious problems must be acknowledged. Stay strong — and yes, Samsung needs to respond properly.

🙏 If this helps, kindly tap the three dots (⋮) and “Accept Solution” so others can also find it.

This isn't helpful for me as the service centre person is asking me to pay rs 40k for motherboard
When it has 4 year software support why they are doing so
Am I a fool to pay 40k for an error done by company
