Tech Talk✔️ You did the right thing by visiting the service center. If they confirmed a motherboard issue, please make sure they register it as a post-update hardware failure, not just a random hardware issue.
✔️ Also raise a complaint via Samsung Members > Support > Error reports and also escalate it through Samsung Live Chat or Twitter/X support.
✔️ You can also email to: support.india@samsung.com (or your region's support).
We’re also trying to raise awareness on Samsung Members because such serious problems must be acknowledged. Stay strong — and yes, Samsung needs to respond properly.
