Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
> Once check with another USB cable
> Perform the interactive check of USB (Samsung member app>>Get help option>>Interactive checks>>USB)
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
> If still issue not resolved, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
