Why this is showing all time?

Showing this error message and charging very slowly (1% in 5 minutes), with power on it Showing cable charging. 

But my new 25W is working fine in this phone that means charging port is good.

At the same time that charger is working fine in F23, it means charger is also good. Then what is the problem why old charger is showing this issue in only this phone?

Look, there are 2 type C cables and ports. Type C generations 1 and 2. So, maybe your older charger is gen 1 and mobile is gen2 and hence, facing compatibility issues. Btw, what model is this new mobile?
